Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Once the appointment is less than 24hrs away, deposit will be locked and cannot be used to reschedule and a new deposit will be needed for a new appointment booking. A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied if a booked appointments needs to be rescheduled.
